
What You’ll Need:
- 1 cup berries
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp vegan butter alternative
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp agave nectar
What to do:
In a cup, mix your almond milk and vinegar. Let this sit for 8 or so minutes. In the meantime,
mix your baking powder, sugar, salt, flour in a bowl. After 8 minutes, whisk your milk mixture
into the rest of your ingredients until you see that most of the clumps are gone. Add your
butter alternative to a nonstick pan and heat to medium. Add your pancake mixture to make
one pancake at a time and don’t flip until you see bubbles forming on top as your pancake
heats. When you’ve made all the pancakes your mixture has, you can stack them and add your berries on top. Drizzle agave nectar on top for extra sweetness.
