What You Need:
• 2 apples
• 3 stalks celery
• 1⁄2 cucumber
• 3 carrots
• 1 beet
What To Do:
Peel the beet, carrots, and cucumber. Chop
all fruits and veggies into chunks that will fit
into your juicer and add them one by one!
You don’t need to add anything to this juice,
but feel free to mix 1 tbsp turmeric in here
for an extra support for your immunity.
