This easy vegan breakfast is a great alternative when you crave scrambled eggs. It’s pretty processed, so I wouldn’t recommend eating a breakfast like this daily. but for #cravings, it’s the best.
Here’s what you need:
- 1 serving JUST egg substitute
- handful cherry tomatoes
- 1 whole wheat mini bagel
- 1 serving GoVeggie vegan cream cheese
- pinch salt + pepper
Here’s what to do:
In a medium heat pan, heat the tomatoes and JUST egg until it resembles scrambled eggs and the liquid is all cooked out. Season well with salt and pepper to taste. Toast a mini bagel and spread the vegan cream cheese.
