Triple berry toast, aka a healthier PB & J, is the easiest way to make a simple healthy snack or breakfast taste like dessert.
You can make it in under 5 minutes:
Grab some frozen mixed berries at the store (this combo is cherries, blackberries, and raspberries).
Toast whole grain bread and spread organic peanut butter on top.
Heat up the berries in the microwave (about 1 min) and mash them with a fork until you can almost spread it like a jelly. Enjoy!
