Need an easy meal or side you can put together when you only have frozen food and are too lazy to grocery shop? Same.
I’m loving the cauliflower gnocchi from Trader Joe’s and it’s pretty easy to cook into a quick dinner.
Here’s what you need:
- 1 serving Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi
- 1 cup frozen broccoli
- 1 tsp chopped garlic clove
- 1 tbsp Earth Balance vegan butter
- salt, pepper to taste
Cook the gnocchi according to instructions on the package. During the last 5 minutes of cooking, add the butter, garlic, broccoli, salt and pepper. Cook down for 5-6 minutes and serve hot.
