Eating enough fruit can be tricky in the winter since it’s not usually what we crave in the cold, but this easy snack feels more like dessert than part of your breakfast.
It’s important to load up on fruit to keep your immunity and energy strong and you are far more likely to do this if it actuallyyyyy tastes great, right?
Here’s what you need:
- 1 apple, sliced
- 2 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
- drizzle of agave nectar
- 1 tbsp chopped cacao nibs
Slice the apple, spread your PB, drizzle the agave, and sprinkle the cacao nibs on top.
This is also a greatttt way to make your kids eat fruit, too.
