3 Ingredient Stir Fry (Meal Prep)

If you ever get SO busy that you have a hard time keeping things healthy, use easy meal prep hacks to set yourself up for success. This easy 3 ingredient stir fry can be used as a meal or a side when you need a quick healthy meal on the go.

3 ingredient stir fry

Here’s what you need:

  • 1 cup frozen broccoli
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice (or instant brown rice)
  • 2 tbsp of your favorite stir fry sauce

Heat all ingredients in a medium heat pan for about 8 minutes or until the veggies are fully cooked. Serve hot or refrigerate for during the week and reheat for a quick easy meal.
