Blueberry Breakfast Power Bowl

Breakfast in the winter should help your energy, immunity, and mental clarity. Although it’s tempting to grab something quick & hot to stay warm, spending a little time in the AM to get a good start is always worth it.

Here’s an easy breakfast power bowl to give you everything you need in a quick, warm breakfast:

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tsp crushed cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Cook the oatmeal in almond milk according to instructions. Heat up the blueberries and add once the oatmeal is cooked. In your bowl, add the rest of your ingredients. This can also be made as a to-go oatmeal mason jar.
