Spice Up Your Snacks

You guys always ask me how to make healthy food taste good, and I’m always a little confused on how to answer.

I think most healthy food is actually good (especially fruits) but I know what you mean: if it’s boring, you don’t want to eat it.

I also always get asked, “what’s that orange stuff you put on all of your food??” LOL.

It’s called Tajin, and I guess I’ll finally share the secret with you. 

So the Mexican in me grew up eating Tajin and never really knew that the rest of you were missing out, so I’m sorry for keeping it from you for so long.

But the truth is, you can sprinkle Tajin on ANYTHING and it’ll taste 1000x better. 

For those of you who don’t like spices, don’t worry, it’s more of a kick than a spice.

I love sprinkling it on avocado, oranges, watermelon, mangoes, grapes, even papaya. 

So this is a pretty simple blog post, but here’s the deal.

Unless you grab some for yourself, you’re not allowed to say healthy food is boring, K?
