About Pete: Peter is a native of Ocean, NJ. Athletics was at the center of just about everything he did as a child. After high school, he attended Sacred Heart University where he studied Psychology and earned All-American honors as a Division 1 football player. After college, Peter continued playing football professionally in the US and in Europe. After a fulfilling football career, he returned to school to earn a Master’s in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Sport Psychology at Boston University. Peter has spent the last decade training a diverse range of clients. He has helped stay-at-home moms and dads, elite athletes and military personnel optimize their health and performance. Peter has worked on the strength and conditioning staff and has implemented mental skills training at Harvard University, the NY Giants, The United States Military Academy at West Point (NY) and for Special Operators in the US Army. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Level I Certified Nutrition Coach (Precision Nutrition). Currently, he serves as a health coach manager at Noom, Inc. a mobile health technology company based in NYC. Peter lives and trains in upstate NY with his wife Lindsay and their two daughters Annalyn and Hailey Rose.
