SO we all know there’s more to eating vegan than just fruits and vegetables.
Obviously, in a perfect world, we’d JUST eat veggies, fruits, whole grains, nuts, seeds, etc…
BUT of course, we like to snack and indulge, we like to swap for other foods, and we like to try new things.
When I was going vegan, I was sooo unorganized and confused about where to find swaps for the things I ate all the time: chips, dressings, creamers, popcorn… the little things that all seem to add up.
AND you guys ask me all the time about the random swaps and brands I post, so here’s what I did.
I’ve put together a masterlist that I’ll add to every time I try a new vegan snack, hack, or book that helps me keep going with this amazing lifestyle. It’s hard when you don’t have the right information, so I made sure to include books that helped me out as well.
