Cucumber & Pom Salad: Easy Snacking

Healthy snacks don’t have to be boring! They can be easy & delicious if you just get a little creative.

This easy snack is one of the best ways to get a hydrating, low calorie snack that you can eat as much as you want of without feeling bloated after.

All you need is:

  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 pomegranate
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 small pinch salt & pepper

The salt, pepper, and red wine vinegar are totally optional, but I like to add a little extra flavor to this.

All you need to do is chop the cucumber into bite-sized pieces and remove the seeds from the pomegranate. Mix them and add the small amounts of vinegar and salt/pepper to taste.

So easy, but a great way to EAT your water and enjoy a low-cal snack anytime.
