Summer Watermelon Smoothie

The perfect recipe for a healthy summer drink has to be fruity, ice cold, and delicious so that you look and feel ah-maaaazing after you have it.

Think right after a workout, or maybe while you’re tanning outside.

I’m OBSESSED with this smoothie not only because it’s so easy, but it’s like nature’s weight loss shake.

Because I’ve been creating June’s masterclass and guides for my VIP Members (it’s called Healthy Weight 101!! SO pumped to share!!), it’s only fitting that I share a few of my favorite recipes, too.

This one makes you feel SO light & energized after you eat it, so I hope you love it as much as I do.

Here’s what you need:

  • 2 cups frozen watermelon
  • 1 chopped apple
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped and peeled
  • about 3/4 cup water

Blend until you see the consistency look the way you want it to and add water as needed. If you don’t like pulp, drain this from the blender into your cup so that only the juice comes out.

I’m OBSESSED with how refreshing and delicious this thing tastes. Kind of like an ice pop.

You can totally also make this into a summer frozen cocktail if that’s your thing.
